Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Grimthread, we stand by the quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including sizing issues, change of mind, or unexpected fit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at grimthreadcsh@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable under all circumstances, including returns of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We do not offer product-for-product exchanges. If an exception is made in rare cases, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending back and reshipping the item.
